In April 2022, Yiaga Africa’s Watching The Vote will be training the leadership of Civil Society Organisations in Ekiti State on the deployment of the Parallel Vote Tabulation for the upcoming Ekiti State Governorship election.
In March 2022, Yiaga Africa Watching The Vote team will host a media roundtable with journalists and leadership of Journalists union in Ekiti state to chart pathways on data-driven election reporting and how media can boost citizens confidence to participate in the electoral process.

In March 2022, Yiaga Africa Watching The Vote Board and Management will conduct advocacy visits to Election stakeholders in both Ekiti and Osun States to explore areas of collaborations in a bid to improve citizens participation in the elections. 
Yiaga Africa Watching The Vote team will train LGA Supervisors and State Focal Point in Ekiti State on the observation of pre-election environment ahead of the Ekiti State Governorship elections.
